I am a barefoot forest creature. A collector, a wanderer, and a creator.

My illustrations are most often intricate, introspective portraits focusing on loss and longing. I prefer working in pencil or ballpoint pen, but also work with gouche, oil, or anything else I come across. I collect inspiration from all around me, particularly from my time spent in nature, unresolved feelings, and film.

Originally from Nova Scotia, I have moved all over Canada with my family and on my own.

I am very conscious of the mark that I leave on the world as I move through it. Whenever possible, I aim to repurpose, reuse, and rescue supplies for my work.
